Saltara farm holidays’ restaurant is full of rustic charm. Here, tastes, genuineness and gallurese traditional cooking join up. Homemade bread is cooked in a wood-burning oven.
We only use aromatic wood that gives to foods an aroma that belongs to the past. At Saltara farm holidays you can taste homemade pasta, cuata soup (old traditional gallurese dish, cooked for weddings) and Sardinian pork cooked on the spit.
