The structure, built with eco-friendly materials, has the architectural form of the "stazzo", a typical construction of the agro Gallura.
There is a large terrace for the summer where you eat at sunset and enjoy the landscape and a cozy dining room warmed by a hot fireplace in the winter evenings.

The recipes are typical of Gallura gastronomy and Italian peasant culture. The restaurant is characterized by great attention to the selection of raw materials and composition of the menus for the use of vegetables, fruits, honey and herbs, organic.
