The building has just been renovated respecting the type and the original materials: granite for the walls, and juniper wood for the roof. Even the original ceiling with the lathes, the chimney and walls whitewashed. The interior is simple and well furnished. Outside a garden of 2,000 sqm with garden and fruit trees.

Stazzo Chivoni is surrounded by fields, forests of cork oaks and maquis (myrtle, arbutus, tanks and slow).
