Alà dei Sardi

Alà dei Sardi is a village of about 2,000 inhabitants of the province of Olbia-Tempio about 700 m above sea level, in the Montacuto, sub-region's historic Logudoro.

Here we keep important archaeological sites of Nuragic age.

Its ancient origins, but the modern village is built around the seventeenth century, through the construction of the Church of Santa Maria dating from around 1619.

The country has a long tradition of agro-pastoral, are famous beef selected and the production of honey.

The high quality of cork extract to Ala, the best of Sardinia for flexibility and workability, and the granite because of its quality, are a fundamental part of the economy.
