Berchidda

Berchidda rises to 300m above sea level, in the foothills of the Limbara in Gallura in northern Sardinia.


The Limbara is a granite mountain, is fascinating, especially for rocks skillfully sculpted by nature, and reaches 1362 meters with peak "Sa berritta"

Berchidda is renowned in the world for the important festival "Time in Jazz" which takes place every year in village.

In the village main activities are handicrafts and agro-pastoral, but also the tourism sector is gaining importance due to natural and cultural heritage.
