Trinità d'Agultu and Vignola is a municipality in the province of Olbia-Tempio in the north of Sardinia. The village is 365 m above sea level and overlooks a wide stretch of sea, while to the north-east and near the coast there is Vignola.

Trinità d'Agultu dates from the mid-nineteenth century, formed around an old church, was mainly populated by families from neighboring villages.

This territory is now a sought-after seaside resort, famous tourist resorts: Costa Paradiso, Isola Rossa and Marinedda. The coastal agglomeration Red Island, named for the color of the small island of the same name that is in front, retains a fishing village and a tower (spanish rule) dating back to the sixteenth-century .

The vast territory alternated coasts characterized by a wild and unspoilt beaches of fine white sand, and numerous archaeological findings testify to the presence of humans since antiquity, with Nuraghi and Domus de Janas.


Vignola is an agricul-pastoral parkland, close to a piece of shore where bays are located between Cala Serraina and Porto Leccio.
