Ingredienti per 4 persone


400 g di porcini

200 g di pane grattugiato

2 uova

olio extravergine di oliva

sale


Preparazione

Pulite i funghi eliminando la terra residua, tagliateli in lungo a fettine grosse; sbattete le uova; passate le fettine dei funghi nelle uova e poi nel pane grattugiato.

Riscaldate l'olio extravergine di oliva per friggere, ora tuffate le fettine e friggetele; quindi toglietele appena dorate su ambo le parti, salatele e fatele sgocciolare su fogli di carta da cucina. Servitele calde.
