alcune frasche di mirto fresco

Preparazione

Mettete a bollire l'acqua in una capace pentola; tagliate a grossi pezzi la carne di maialetto; appena l'acqua raggiunge la bollitura, salate e versate la carne; lasciare cuocere per bene.

Scolatela e avvolgetela con le frasche di mirto. Lasciarla raffreddare cosi.

Consumatela il giorno seguente.
