Roman Aqueduct of Olbia

The largest part of this monument is in an area called “Sa Rughittola”, which can be reached by following the road for Cabu Abbas exiting near the railway bridge in via dei Lidi.

The aqueduct, recently dated to around the III century AD, was built to collect the water from a spring on the side of the hill of Cabu Abba,

You can also see the remains of a big reservoir that was not actually attached to the aqueduct.
